Organization Name Change

At our Board meeting held in Nov 19, 2016, the Board of Directors approved the   change in our name from KCCA to Korean Canadian Adoptee Association (KCAA).   It was not an easy decision since KCCA held so much meaning to me personally but after 25 years it is clear that those who identify with KCCA are no longer children and we wish to reflect in our name that our organization is intended to serve all Korean Canadian adoptees not just Korean Canadian children adoptees.   We announced our new name at the Christmas Party which was received with tremendous support of all its attendees.

KoRoot guest house for adoptees visiting Korea

KoRoot is basically founded to resolve the challenges that the prospective returnees face, providing them with accomodation and assistance to ease them into Korean society, and to help them enjoy their visit by conducting a number of special events and having necessary resources available during their stay in Korea.

Location: located on 53-56, Cheongwoon-dong, Jongno-gu, seoul 110-030, Korea
